Antoine Ciechocki

Research Engineer, PhD
Antoine Ciechocki holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Rouen. He joined the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA, Paris-Saclay), where he pursued a PhD between 2020 and 2023. During his doctoral research, he contributed to the development of a scaling analysis methodology dedicated to the study of complex nuclear transients. This approach notably relies on CATHARE simulation results to assess distortions associated with full-scale transposition. Following his PhD, he continued his career within the Thermal-hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics Department at CEA as a research engineer. In this role, he contributes to the research and development of the CATHARE and TrioMC codes, with a particular focus on Generation IV reactors cooled by sodium and lead.
