How to reach les Salons Hoche ?
Address : Les Salons Hoches, 9 Avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris
Salons Hoche is located just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, so any route to Charles de Gaulle–Étoile will get you close.
From central Paris:
The easiest access is via Charles de Gaulle–Étoile station. You can reach it using:
RER A (from Châtelet–Les Halles, La Défense, etc.)
Metro Line 1, 2, or 6
From the south of Paris:
Take RER B to Châtelet–Les Halles, then transfer to RER A toward Charles de Gaulle–Étoile.
OR Take Metro Line 1 from Châtelet–Les Halles directly to Charles de Gaulle–Étoile (in case of problem on the RER line).
OR Take Metro Line 6 from Denfert-Rochereau directly to Charles de Gaulle–Étoile.
From the north / RER B connections:
Take RER B to Châtelet–Les Halles, then transfer to RER A toward Charles de Gaulle–Étoile.
OR Take RER B to Gare du Nord, then transfer to Metro 2 (la Chapelle, 5min walking distance) toward Charles de Gaulle–Étoile.
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
Use the RER B and follow previous instructions.
Please note that RER B service may experience disruptions in the evening on certain days.
Replacement bus services may be available depending on operating conditions.

From Orly Airport:
Use the Metro line 14 toward Chatelet les Halles and follow previous instructions.
From Charles de Gaulle–Étoile station:
Use Exit 3: Avenue Hoche, which is the closest access to Salons Hoche (see the map below):
Public transport tickets:
Single paper tickets are no longer available and have been replaced by reusable alternatives. We recommend using a Navigo Easy card or contactless payment (smartphone app Bonjour RATP or Ile de France mobilités https://www.iledefrance-mobilites.fr/application).
Please ensure your travel solution is set up in advance, as ticket counters may not always sell reusable cards, and queues can be longer during peak hours.
For other routes, please refer to applications such as Bonjour RATP or Citymapper.
Schedule
Day 1
We will welcome you from 08:45 with coffee and a light breakfast until 09:30. The day will consist of alternating scientific presentation sessions and regular coffee breaks to encourage discussion and exchanges. Lunch will take place from 13:00 to 14:30.
Day 1 will finish at 18:00. At the end of the day, we will walk together to the restaurant Le Citrus, located within a 15-minute walking distance from the venue.
Day 2
Please note that we will welcome you from 08:30 for a 30-minute welcome coffee. Presentations will start at 09:00. The scientific programme will follow a similar format to Day 1.
Day 2 will finish at 17:40.
This year’s program includes many presentations. To ensure fairness among speakers, we will strictly adhere to the schedule and kindly ask all participants to respect allocated speaking times and breaks.
Scientific information
A collection of abstracts summarising all presentations will be made available on the Cathare website shortly before the event, along with the finalised timetable.
Speakers will be contacted in advance of publication to verify that their allocated time slots are compatible with any constraints (such as travel arrangements or arrival times), to ensure an optimal and well-coordinated schedule for all participants.
Catering
A cocktail déjeuner will be served on both days. Dietary requirements have been collected based on the information you provided in the registration form.
For the dinner, vegetarian options will also be provided in accordance with your indicated preferences.
We are currently finalizing the menu and will share it in a dedicated email. Please feel free to contact us if you have any specific dietary requirements once the menu is circulated.
Luggage
For participants arriving or departing directly from the conference with luggage, a cloakroom with dedicated staff will be available. You may safely leave your belongings there during the event.
